Can't erase and restore Lenovo Tab4 10
I purchased a refurbished Lenovo Tab4 10 TB-X103F tablet from Amazon last week and they didn’t factory reset it so it asks for the original Google account info. I contacted the seller and they just sent me link of a YouTube video showing how to boot it up to the ‘whatever’ menu so I can erase all data and reset it to factory settings. Easy enough right? Nope… It comes up to a foreign language, I’m guessing Chinese and it’s not even the regular menu the video shows. I’m now trying to just find out how to connect it to my PC with a usb cable and restore the software. The Lenovo support site is not very helpful. I can’t find the instructions on how to do it.
I did connect the tablet to my PC and it recognizes it as a Lenovo Tab 4 10 and shows files, like Lenovo_Suite.exe, MagicPlus_setup.exe, SetupConfig.txt, etc but I don’t know what to do with them. I also found the file lenovo_tbx103f_osc_201609.tar on Lenovo website for this model. It’s called ‘Open Source Code – Lenovo TAB 10 (Lenovo TB-X103F) and there again, there are no instructions what to do with this file. I did extract the contents and it looks like the system files but I don’t know how to get them on the tablet.
Does anyone have any suggestions? The seller will let me return it but it shouldn’t be this hard to just erase it and restore it. The specs says it has Android 6.0 on it.

ideapad 330s keeps shutting off
I have an Ideapad 330s-ARR. It shuts off every time the screen is adjusted (if you’re trying to reduce glare, etc…). It randomly shuts off when moved/shifted on the desk. Is this a common thing, because it sucks, or is something else wrong? Is there a way to stop this from happening?
