None of my devices such as phone, tablet, kindle etc is recognized when plugged into the usb ports although the mouse is working.
I have deleted and re-installed drivers to no avail.
On my previous laptop my kindle etc was recognized immediately.
Any suggestions appreciated.
lenovo 520 s laptop graphic card is missing from device manager
Hello good people of the forum,
I bought my leneovo 520 s laptop 141KB about 1.5 years back.But i realized now that nvidia graphic card is not even showing in my windos device manager only intel UHD620 is showing . I can see that many queries raised for the same issue faced by multiple user but no correct soluton was provided by lenovo. Solution provided:
1. update driver (if device is not showing inthe devmgr.msc how update will happen)
2.update bios (updated but nothing happend)
3.select switchable graphic in bios(it was already selected)
i am beginng to think this is the hardware fault in machine.?
C930 Stuck in Restarting
I rebooted my C930 this morning (I didn’t shut it down earlier this week) and I fell into the blue RESTARTING pit of doom. It’s been about an hour. I don’t recall seeing a windows update message but there may be one.
I had a similar problem with a prior pc and I messed it up. I don’t want to screw this one up.
I tried disconnecting power and peripherals, powered down and then turned back on. It goes right back into RESTARTING.
I then turned off and tried turning back on using FN(power) and it still goes right back to RESTARTING.
I am out of town and don’t have a bootable thumb drive. id like to avoid going to the hassle of making one. I do have a fairly recent Macrium Reflect Disk image if I need it on a portable 1Tb usb drive.
Is there a way to force reboot into bios that I am missing?

I have DE4000H data storage and ThinkSystem 430-8e SAS/SATA 12Gb HBA adapter installed into SR650 server. I faced problem connecting storage by 8644 cable. As soon i did it the storage raise the miswire error:

I checked the HBA and Storage compatibility and it seems ok. I flashed the latest Firmware and BIOS to HBA, installed the latest OS to storage, but with no luck. I also tried to configure the HBA settings with LSI Storage Authority, but did not find any settings.
I read manual and it says that I should "find the SAS addresses using the HBA utility, then use the HBA BIOS to make the appropriate configuration settings"
Could anyone point me out what i’m doing wrong? Any comments will be helpful
Is it possible to dispay 4 monitors with thinkpad x270

I know it sounds like a long shot but is it possible to connect 4 external monitors to x270 thinkpad with a docking station?
Is there any device that can added that makes the necessary upgrade or is this an impossible thing to do?
