Repaid under international warranty denied.

I bought a new laptop YOGA 520 on 1st April 2018, with international warranty of one year,  from Australia . The product stopped working within warranty period. I submitted my system to service team in India, on 08 March 2019. On 14th, I received an email from the service team, stating that the part is not available in INDIA and is being shipped from overseas. My laptop warranty expires on 31st March 2019. On 19 March 2018, Lenovo service team had decided not to repair the laptop. After keeping the system for 12 days, they e-mailed me their decision of not repairing my machine and they suggested that I shall take my Lenovo to Australia  to get it fixed

Buying the alexa smart dock separately

Hi, i jumped the gun slightly and bought the M10 tablet in the UK, a month later the option came out to buy it with the smart dock, something i wasn’t aware of at the time.  Is there anyway to buy the Alexa smart dock sperately as i’m desperate for it and it’s too late to refund my tablet to get the dock package.

X1 Carbon 2nd gen screen problem

Hi, recently I’ve been having problems with my screen everytime I turn it on it flickers for 1-2 minutes and then stops(picture attached) . I was wondering if anyone here had the same issue and how to fix it.

Upgrading Lenovo V310-15IKB (80T3) LCD panel from HD to FHD

Hi there

I bought a user Lenovo V310-15IKB (80T3) laptop that has the screen resolution of 1366 * 768.

I was wondering if this is possible for me to upgrade the LCD to FHD replacing the already installed. 


Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

USB & network cable don't work on Thunderbolt 3 docking (Lenovo P52 laptop)



I’m trying to use the Thunderbolt 3 Dock (part# 40AC0135EU) in combination with a Lenovo P52 laptop but i’m facing some issues which i’m unable to solve. Both the cabled network connection and the USB ports aren’t recognized for some reason, while the screen is showing on both external monitors. I have downloaded and installed the latest drivers but unfortunately this didn’t change a thing.
