I have been using my Thinkstation P330 without issue for a couple of months. When I turned it on this morning, the monitor was not responding. I tried hooking it up to a different monitor with a different cable but it did not respond. I tried power cycling and re-seating the memory and it still hasn’t resolved the issue. The PC powers on, fans turn on, and the num key light on the keyboard powers on. If I press F2, it looks like I can access the BIOS menu, but with no video signal, I can’t do anything on BIOS. I use a DVI to HDMI cable connected to the motherboard instead of the NVIDIA Quadro P620.
Smart Clock Alarm Shuts Off
I’m enjoying the Smart Clock very much, but I do have a couple issues.
I have the admittedly bad habit of hitting snooze too many times. My Smart Clock is consistently turning off the alarm on its own after 10-20 minutes. Even if I’ve hit snooze (the 2nd or 3rd time), the alarm just stops. There should be a way to have the alarm be active as long as you need it to be.
Also, it doesn’t save the alarm times that I’ve previously set. After the first few days of using the clock, the alarm screen displayed a list of previously set times. Now I have to set a new alarm every night. I know you can set multiple days of the week, but I have a varying schedule and don’t necessarily set the same time every day.
I’d like to know if this is a bug in my software, or is it set to work this way…
Thank you!
Has anybody received their P53 yet? How is it?

Thinkpad T490s – Hotkey Features 9.1.0.2 Install Hangs – Win10 1709
My company has started to receive Thinkpad Thinkpad T490s and X390 laptops. I have come across an issue when trying to install Hotkey Features 9.1.0.2 (Aug 4, 2019 release) on Windows 10 1709 Enterprise build where the setup.exe launches but nothing happens. The setup.exe sits in memory and never closes. It installs as expected on Windows 10 1809 build. Looking at the release notes it states that it supports operating systems Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit and Microsoft Windows 10 S mode. Are the release notes wrong in that is doesn’t support 1709 or is there a bug in the installer for Win10 1709?
